SAMUELSON ROOM

Step beyond the Bottleworks Hotel lobby and you’ve arrived at the Samuelson Room, a sprawling multi-function space named after Alexander Samuelson, designer of the iconic contour Coca-Cola bottle. Located on the first floor of the hotel, the room dazzles for social gatherings, business dinners or corporate events. The Samuelson Room features a large wall-mounted LED flat screen TV with HDMI connection for projection, rich wood paneling and windows that usher in plenty of natural light. The space connects to the adjacent "The Club Room," which serves as the perfect pre-function space.

THE CLUB ROOM

An intimate pre-function area, The Club Room is a hot spot for gathering and mingling before, during and after your event. This impeccably restored space formerly served as the bottling company’s drawing room, where distribution routes were plotted and drawn for the fleet of Coca-Cola delivery trucks. Step into The Club Room and you’ll feel like you’ve stepped back in time. Rumor has it, the room’s locked safe, original to the building, housed the secret Coke formula. This space features a private restroom. The Club Room connects to the adjacent Samuelson Room.

JAMES & LEE BOARDROOMS

Take the grand staircase to the second floor rotunda and you’re greeted with a stunning pair of boardrooms, aptly named for the dynamic duo who owned and operated the original Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Indianapolis, brothers James and Lee Yuncker. Situated in each of the brothers’ former offices, the spaces offer the perfect board room setup for corporate meetings, fully customizable to fit your needs. The rooms boast windows that bring in natural light and a large LED flat screen TV with HDMI connection for projection. The James & Lee Boardrooms share an adjoining private restroom and Icebox for drinks and snacks.

YUNCKER ROOM

Get down to business in the Bottleworks Hotel’s Yuncker Room, a flexible, multi-use venue for groups. It’s impossible not to feel inspired in this space, which pays homage to the rich history and spirit of the Yuncker brothers who created the original Coca-Cola Bottling Works of Indianapolis in 1915. Spark creativity and productivity in a space custom designed to fit your needs, perfectly sized for a breakout space or casual meeting. The Yuncker Room features a large LED flat screen TV with HDMI connection for projection.

PRESTON ROOM

A private entrance with foyer greets guests in the Preston Room, named after Preston Hunter of Robush & Hunter Architects. The firm designed the Coca-Cola Bottling Works building with incredible attention to style and detail, quickly making it one of the city’s finest Art Deco landmarks. The Preston Room at Bottleworks Hotel impresses as a corporate classroom meeting space, with fully-customizable options for a memorable meeting, training or professional development seminar. The space features a large wall-mounted LED flat screen TV with HDMI connection for projection.

THE LAB

If you’re looking for a “wow” factor, look no further than The Lab. Floor-to-ceiling green glass tile mixed with remarkable mid-century modern chandeliers make this one of Bottleworks Hotel’s most buzzworthy event venues. The Lab is where all the newest Coca-Cola concoctions and recipes were developed and tasted. This space is often requested for intimate gatherings and makes for a great pre-function space for food and drink.

GALLERY COURTYARD

Looking for a venue outside the expected? Meet the Gallery Courtyard, an open-air event space in the heart of Bottleworks Hotel. From romantic ceremony to all-out dance party under the stars, the Gallery Courtyard is a sleek, modern option for couples looking to say 'I do' in style.

THE LIBRARY

The Library is Bottleworks Hotel’s largest indoor event and banquet space, with flexible settings for your guests on the hotel’s second floor. Though it's spacious and filled with natural light, bookshelves crafted in dark wood help to provide an intimate setting for daytime events. The space, complete with the original terrazzo floor and book-lined shelves, greets guests with a history-made-modern vibe, perfect for parties, dinners and receptions.
